Today I passed my second exam in pursuit of certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. The 70-290 exam is for Managing and Maintaining a Windows Server 2003 Environment. Now I am training for the 70-291 exam, Implementing, Managing, and Maintaining a Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure. Tally-ho!

Michael R. Nash, a client since 2006, kindly wrote a letter of recommendation, the text of which is below.
To Whom It May Concern:
I am an attorney in Greensboro who has practiced for 26 years. I operate as a sole proprietorship and have several staff and like most businesses rely on my computer technology and cannot afford shutdowns, crashes and all the other problems that come along with computers. Over the years, I have struggled to find competent, reliable, and dependable computer techs to provide computer servicing, upgrading, networking, and other technology expertise. About 18 months ago, I was introduced to Mr. Sam Moore who owns and operates PCIAM. Mr. Moore is an excellent computer professional and technician who is reasonable on fees and who comes to the office when I need help. He yielded considerable savings for me when he rebuilt my Website: (www.callnash.com). Additionally, he has serviced my old computer system. Recently, Mr. Moore located and installed my new computer system, transferred all my old data onto my new system, and networked it all together. If you are looking for a reliable and knowledgeable computer expert who comes to your office, I would highly recommend Mr. Moore.
Very Truly Yours,
Michael R. Nash
